When you see them together, they are usually laughing; Jim and Karen begin to tell people how they met like this:
Jim: I met Karen in an alley behind a Networking Function and she handed me a bottle.
They don’t go any further because that is when they start laughing. By the time they are done everyone is laughing and no one thinks to ask them to give more detail.
If you ask Summer she might say:
Well…I met Jim at a Kelso-Longview Chamber of Commerce Afterhours, at Stewart Title…and then Jim began stalking me…I finally went to coffee with him, making Karen come with me, because I wasn’t sure what I was walking into…but after 3 hours of talking about our cats, I realized he was an awesome ally.
Sometimes people are made better because someone took the time to recognize the strength in their character and tell them about it. We would like to share the comment one of our colleagues sent to us to show you how much we appreciate his time and sentiment. Don’t ever be afraid to appreciate others’ appreciation of you and while you are at it, pat yourself on the back. You are important and worth EXCLAIMING!

Karen & Summer,
Thank you both for being the wonderful people that you are, and thank you for being my friends. I left our chat yesterday walking about 2 feet off of the ground. You are such warm and fun people, and I adore both of you.
I also want to thank you for posting my blog so well and so prominently. You are truly great and supportive people.
Please do not ever hesitate to ask me for my assistance in any way that I may help either of you. I will always be your supporter and will continue to try to help, encourage, and prod you toward success. Remember karma; it is a wonderful way to succeed.
