Myrrh has a warm, earthy, woody, balsamic type scent.
Blends well with Frankincense, Lavender, Sandalwood and all Spice Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils.
Common Application Methods:
Topically: Can be applied neat (with no dilution) when used topically. Apply directly to areas of concern or to reflex points. For sensitive skin always use with Fractionated Coconut Oil or other carrier oil.
Aromatically: Diffuse in diffuser of your choice or inhale the aroma directly.
Internally: Place 1-2 drops under the tongue or in a capsule. Follow with at least 4 oz of water.
Safety: Use with caution when pregnant. Always avoid contact with eyes, genitals and other sensitive skin areas with any grade essential oils.
